Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) before using the Life H Foundation website (the “Site”) or making a donation. By using the Site or donating, you agree to these Terms.
1. About us
Life H Foundation (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee, incorporated in England and Wales (Company No. 07721293). Our application to register as a charity with the Charity Commission for England and Wales is in progress. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

2. Making a donation
All donations are voluntary gifts to support our work as described on the Site. By donating, you confirm that the payment method you use is your own, or that you have the account holder’s permission to use it.
Online donations are processed securely by PayPal, which accepts payments by PayPal account or debit/credit card. You can also give by bank transfer or standing order using the details on our Donate page. We never ask for, and do not store, your full card details.
Where you choose a cause (for example Education or Health), we will use your gift for that area of work wherever possible. If a specific need has already been met, we may use your gift where it is needed most within our aims.
3. Regular giving
Weekly or monthly gifts made through PayPal continue until you cancel them. You can cancel at any time from your PayPal account. Standing orders can be changed or cancelled at any time through your bank.
4. Gift Aid
We are not currently able to claim Gift Aid on donations. We will update this section if this changes.
5. Refunds
Donations are generally non-refundable, because funds may be committed to our work soon after they are received. If you believe a donation was made in error (for example a duplicate payment or an incorrect amount), please email info@lifehfoundation.org as soon as possible and we will review your request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
6. Use of the website
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it, including by introducing viruses or other harmful material. We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time for maintenance or other reasons.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, logos, images and video, is owned by or licensed to Life H Foundation unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
8. Your personal information
We handle any personal information you give us in line with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection law. We will never sell your personal data.
9. Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is always complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Site.
10. External links
The Site links to other websites, such as PayPal and social media. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
